The Moninghoff legacy began in 1924, when Jerome Moninghoff started selling and servicing radios and household appliances, at the same time as electricity was transforming everyday life. As technology evolved, so did his business, growing alongside the Milford community he served.
With the help of his four sons — Jim, Bill, Jack, and Bob — the family expanded and formally established Moninghoff Electric Co. Inc., becoming the region’s trusted source for GE appliances and Zenith televisions. Their dedication to quality products and hometown service made them a fixture in homes and businesses throughout the area.
In 2008, the third generation — Jack’s children, Mark, Claudia, and Scott, carried the legacy forward, forming Moninghoff Appliance and Supply Corporation to serve a broader range of needs while staying true to the family’s core values.
In 2009, they purchased the local hardware store Mac Supply Co., adding an expansive inventory of tools, paint, electrical, and plumbing supplies to their offerings.
Today
Today, Moninghoff Appliance and Supply serves the surrounding communities in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. And, continue to be the go-to destination for homeowners, pros, and commercial accounts for appliances, hardware, service, and support.
